Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most health insurance. I have opted out of the major PPO's including Blue Cross Blue Shield dut to poor reimbursement. You can still use your current insurance at our clinic. We simply need to verify your coverage and out of pocket expenses.

Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have highly affordable rates and flexible payment plans allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

CareCredit is available for qualified patients. This allows you to make small monthly payments for diagnostic and treatments performed here at our clinic.
